Chilbolton Village Hall is in Eastman's Field Chilbolton.

The main Painter Hall is a large, high spacious but modern room with views over open countryside and a large patio area. It can accommodate over 100 seated visitors.

The Durnford room is an ideal committee meeting room and will cater for groups up to 25.

The kitchen facilities are excellent with large double oven, fridge, double sink and large work top. 

CHILBOLTON VILLAGE HALL – HIRING CHARGES

(1)            Whole Hall means the whole building and includes: Painter Hall, Durnford Room, kitchen, tables, chairs, sports equipment etc. as appropriate .A retainer (special deposit) will be required for ad hoc bookings as follows:

 (This deposit will be returned within 28 days of the termination of the period of hire provided that: -  all rubbish created during the hiring has been removed- the premises are left in a fully cleaned condition-no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and / or contents during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.Deductions will be made from this deposit, as appropriate, to restore any damage, have rubbish removed or to clean the premises)

EQUIPMENT (when removed from the Hall/Store and subject to availability):

Tables (max 10 teak surface)          £2.50 each per 24 hours or part thereof 

Chairs (max 47 blue plastic)           40p each per 24 hours or part thereof

Crockery                                            A suitable donation 

Note:Prior consent from the Bookings Secretary is required before any equipment is removed from the Village Hall.

Painter Hall Children's Events	£4.00 per hour
Painter Hall Adult Events	£5.00 per hour
Whole Hall including Kitchen	£6.00 per hour
